This is the story about my ex co-worker. He worked on a technical engineer part of big chemical company. He retired in 1992 and he found a new chemical company in 1993. At first, he really had hard time for 3 years. He didn't know the trade and he had no a regular customers. In spite of his hard time, he tried hard be successful. He slept and ate meal with his employees at employees. He did his best and he made new clients one by one and developed new items. So, his company grew up quickly and increased the employees. Especially, he really loved his employees so, the jobless rate was zero% in his company. Now, I think he became the president of big chemical company as real CEO. The secret of his success is hard work and honesty and having a love mind about his employees.
This is the story about my friend. When he was high school student, he wanted to enter a art university. To enter a art university, he needed many money. But, his parents not supported. So, he earned money himself. He delivered a newspaper, worked at convenience store... After he entered a art university, he started his business about wall painting by himself. Eventually, he became CEO. The company is very small, only 3 employees. But, he accomplished everythings by himself.
I`m going to get started to talk about my grandmother.actually she was living in panic of the world.cause of coming over from North. but she didn`t care about that even though most people pointed her out and laughed at.all she could do was always smilimg for them. One day she got a idea for selling clothes,and that was running well than before.so Now it was dragged out her dream wanted to be rich.i`ve been respect to my grandma.
